Two hours of breath, body and energy, live on your own floor. With Alexis Alcalá, founder of InnerCamp and creator of the Holosomatic Method®.

How people leave
The clearest thing about this work is what happens at the end of it.
Faces change. Voices come back half an octave lower. People return to camera looking like they've been somewhere, and most of them don't want to speak yet. Someone always laughs for no reason at all. Someone always cries and can't say why, and doesn't need to.
Then there's the part that arrives later. You sleep differently that night. In the morning your shoulders sit lower than they have in months. Something you'd been carrying into every conversation last week isn't in the room with you anymore.
That's what two hours can do. Not a fix. A shift you can feel in your own body, and a practice to keep it moving.
What happens in the room
The Holosomatic Method® runs in three movements, in this order, for a reason.
Reset. Active breath, shaking, sound. The nervous system puts down what it's been holding. It's the least glamorous part of the evening and the reason everything after it works.
Activation. Self-directed bodywork on the four tension belts, with breath and energy work you do with your own hands. This is where people are surprised. Not by emotion — by sensation. Heat, current, weight, movement in places that have been quiet for years.
Expansion. A long breath journey with a 360° sound score, built for headphones. The thinking mind steps back. Old material surfaces and moves. People describe states here in language they'd usually borrow from psychedelics, with nothing in the room but breath.
Then we come back slowly, together, and nothing is left open.
Alexis is running this one himself
Alexis Alcalá built the Holosomatic Method® and wrote the curriculum that trains our facilitators across Europe, the UK and the Americas.
He rarely takes the online rooms. This is one of the few sessions where the person who designed the sequence is the one holding it, from the first instruction to the last.
Forbes — "Not just breathwork. A method that rewires your life." POH — "A transformative journey where time ceased to exist."
Who's in the room
You've been circling this for a while and haven't done it properly yet.
You already facilitate — breathwork, bodywork, yoga, therapy — and you want to feel the method from the person who built it.
An intense kundalini or breathwork experience left you rattled, and you want this held with more care.
Something has been asking to move since spring.
Not for you if you're after a talk about the nervous system. You'll be on the floor with your eyes covered, breathing hard.
Setting up your room
Floor, not bed. Enough space to lie flat with your arms out, a mat or blanket under you and another over you.
Headphones, not speakers. Wired if you have them.
An eye mask or a scarf. Water within reach. Nothing to eat for two hours before.
Phone in another room, door shut, housemates told. And nothing scheduled afterwards — you'll want that hour, and it's part of the session even though it isn't on the timetable.
Safety
This work is powerful, so it isn't right for everyone on every day.
Not recommended during pregnancy, or with epilepsy, cardiovascular conditions, uncontrolled high blood pressure, glaucoma, retinal detachment, aneurysm, recent surgery or injury, or a diagnosis of bipolar disorder or psychosis. If you're in treatment for a mental health condition, speak to your practitioner first.
If you live with anxiety, PTSD or panic attacks, this work can support you and it should be entered with care. The online format is calibrated for a body practising alone at home: more regulation, slower pacing, less intensity than onsite. You choose your depth throughout and you can stop at any moment.
Unsure? Write to contact@innercamp.com. We'll answer honestly, including when the answer is "not this one."

Questions
I've never done breathwork. Will I be lost? No. Every instruction is spoken out loud in real time. Beginners and trained facilitators do this session side by side.
Does it really work online? The honest answer is that it does about 80% of what the onsite room does, and it does that 80% very well. You lose hands-on bodywork and a hall full of bodies. You gain your own space, no travel, and a nervous system that isn't spending its first twenty minutes adjusting to strangers. Some people go deeper at home for exactly that reason.
Camera on? It is not mandatory.
Is it safe to do alone at home? The online format is designed for it — lower intensity, slower pacing, Alexis live throughout. Read the contraindications, set your space up properly, and don't override what your body tells you. If that gives you pause, come to an onsite event instead.
What if I get emotional? Then it's working. You're guided through it, and the last fifteen minutes exist so nothing is left open when you close the laptop.
What if I feel nothing?
Some people don't, the first time. A body that's been guarding for years doesn't drop its guard on schedule, and pushing harder is the wrong response. The teaching, the workbook and the practice are yours either way, and the replay lets you meet it again with less at stake.
