I'm new to Breathwork and these practices. Is this event suitable for beginners?
Absolutely! This Breathwork session is specifically designed to be accessible for everyone, regardless of prior experience. Many of our participants come with no knowledge of Breathwork, and they leave feeling grateful and fulfilled. We'll guide you step-by-step throughout the session.

Comfort is key! Since you'll be lying down and doing deep breathing exercises for a while, loose-fitting clothing that allows for easy movement is ideal. Think yoga pants, sweatpants, or anything that won't restrict your belly or chest area. Avoid anything too tight or with buttons or zippers that could dig in.
