Join us for a powerful Holosomatic® Breathwork journey — a transformative experience designed to help you regulate your nervous system, release emotional blockages, and reconnect with your body, heart, and inner vitality.
Holosomatic® Breathwork is a powerful guided experience that uses conscious connected breathing to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and expanded states of awareness.
Through the breath, you may access deeper layers of yourself — releasing stress, suppressed emotions, and inner blockages, while opening space for healing, clarity, joy, and reconnection.
This experience invites you into a transformative inner journey through three stages:
1. Reset - Begin by calming the mental noise and softening the body’s defenses. This stage helps regulate the nervous system and creates safety for deeper inner work.
2. Release - Using the power of the breath, you’ll begin to move stuck emotional energy, tension, and patterns stored in the body, allowing space for healing and liberation.
3. Expansion - As the breath opens new inner space, you may experience greater clarity, connection, vitality, and a renewed sense of aliveness, pleasure, and presence.
Holosomatic® Breathwork is part of the Holosomatic® Method to healing and transformation. It combines conscious breathing, somatic awareness, and carefully guided facilitation to support deep emotional processing and reconnection with the body. It is a space to slow down, feel, release, and return to yourself.

Your Host: Silvia Lorenzo Pérez

This workshop will be hosted by Silvia Lorenzo Pérez, certified InnerCamp Holosomatic facilitator.
Meet Silvia, a Somatic Therapist, Breath and Bodywork Facilitator, and Coach dedicated to helping people reconnect with themselves through the wisdom of the body.
Silvia’s path into somatic healing began after more than a decade working in high-pressure international political environments, where she experienced firsthand the impact of chronic stress, burnout, and disconnection from her own needs. From the outside, life seemed structured and successful, but inside, her body was carrying the weight of years of pressure, over-responsibility, and survival mode.
Her personal journey through autoimmune illness, nervous system dysregulation, and profound life transitions became a turning point that led her to breathwork, bodywork, and somatic practices. Through this work, she began to understand the body not as something to fix, but as something to listen to. She discovered that healing often begins when we slow down enough to hear what the body has been trying to communicate all along.
Today, Silvia supports others in cultivating greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and inner safety. As a Somatic Therapist, Breath and Bodywork Facilitator, and Coach, she creates grounded and compassionate spaces where people can breathe deeper, reconnect with their bodies, and allow healing to emerge naturally from within.
Her approach integrates conscious connected breathwork, somatic inquiry, nervous system regulation, embodiment practices, and transformational coaching. She invites participants to move beyond survival patterns, reconnect with their authentic selves, and access the inner resources needed to navigate life with greater presence, vitality, and trust.
Silvia is especially passionate about supporting people who feel disconnected from their path, have lost a sense of direction, or sense that life is calling them toward something different. Through somatic work and breathwork, she helps individuals reconnect with their inner compass, uncover what truly matters to them, and move towards a life that feels more aligned, meaningful, and authentic.
